At Brown and Brown RV we promise you will be provided with new and luxurious vehicles for your RV adventure. Whether you are a new or returning customer, we want to provide you with an RV experience to remember. All of Brown and Brown's RV's are new, in top condition, very clean and incredibly well maintained. Brown and Brown ensure all of the necessary maintenance and mechanical checks are completed prior to your hire, to ensure you drive around in safety and also in extreme comfort.

At Brown and Brown we consider good service plays an essential part in completing your RV experience. Each rental includes:

Brown & Brown RV Rentals Rental Terms

Important Information About Your Rentals
On arrival you will be required to sign a rental agreement with the operators of Brown & Brown RV Rentals. Here is a summary of their terms and conditions:

Definitions
The following definitions apply for the Terms and Conditions for Brown & Brown RV Rentals.

    * The Supplier means the operator of Brown & Brown RV Rentals
    * The Client is also referred to as the hirer (s) or renter (s)

Payment
A non-refundable deposit will be taken from your nominated credit card at time of booking confirmation, this is payable by Visa or Mastercard.

Additional to this, half of the $1000 Supplier Security Deposit ($500) is also taken at time of rental confirmation directly by the supplier, Brown and Brown RV Rentals.  The other half of the $1000 security payment and the remaining rental costs are payable at vehicle pick up.  The  $1,000.00 security deposit is refunded upon return of the vehicle within 48 hours if there is no damage or clean charges applicable towards the hire.

Note on foreign currency bookings: full balance of payment (including the deposit) will be collected at the time of confirmation if you have elected to process your booking in a currency different to US$.

Some charges may be payable directly to your rental station upon arrival, these will be itemised as such in your breakdown of pricing if and where applicable. (Please also note that the 1.75% credit card surcharge will be added when this payment is processed).

Your available payment methods are as follow: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Cashiers Check (no personal checks will be accepted), or Cash.

Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation, customers will lose the original non-refundable booking deposit and also the $500.00 security bond authorized at the time of pick-up.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that clients ensure they take out the highest level of travel insurance. In many cases this will cover any losses incurred if you are forced to cancel your booking.
 
Drivers
Renter must be 25 years of age with a valid drivers license and must present a current major credit card upon arrival. All additional drivers must be listed on the rental contract, Each additional driver must provide a valid driver's license.

Office hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm
Pick up: Mon-Fri 9am - 3pm
Drop off: Mon-Fri 9-11am

Check Out
Check out time is decided with customer according to our schedule.  All renters will Have a 45 minute orientation with one of our experienced representatives to demonstrate all essential aspects of the unit. Check out time is also arranged with each customer during this demonstration.

State of vehicle
Renter will be responsible for any necessary repairs due to negligence/abuse. This will be in addition to the deductible taken at the time of pick-up. Renter will be responsible for any flat tires no exceptions. If any mechanical repairs are necessary, renter must call Brown and Brown for authorization.

Brown and Brown cannot be held responsible for transportation of housing accommodations in the event of a major breakdown. The rental vehicle will be picked up full of fuel and must be returned full. Upon vehicle return, customers will be asked to show gas receipt from within 5 miles of dealership. Amoco 50 south or shell 50 north are the nearest fuel stations to the branch location. Before the vehicle is returned, please ensure the unit is checked over as clients will be responsible for any damage not noted on check out form.

Insurance for Motorhomes with MBA Choice - www.mbachoice.com
Brown & Brown does not carry it's own Renters Liability Insurance or Collision Damage coverage for renting their Motorhomes. All renters will either provide coverage through their own auto insurance policy or purchase insurance through MBA Choice.

Your own cover
If you are providing coverage through your own auto insurance policy you will be required to present written documentation (i.e. your insurance policy) that clearly shows your being covered for driving rental RVs / Motorhomes in the United States.
Your insurance company must cover you for collision and liability or you do need to purchase insurance through MBA Choice. Please note that a lot of insurance policies may cover you for rental cars but may not extend to Motorhomes / RVs. Please check with your insurance company.

If you will be using your own Insurance cover outside of MBA Choice please email the following details to explore@motorhomerepublic.com and Brown & Brown:

- Policy number
- Name and contact details for the policy provider,
- All drivers’ license details
- All drivers’ Date Of Birth

If you do not have your own existing insurance cover you will need to purchase cover through MBA Choice www.mbachoice.com  
Important Note: Do not purchase insurance coverage with MBA Choice until you have received your final booking confirmation email confirming the availability of your chosen vehicle and itinerary. The following instructions on how to book with MBA Choice will be repeated on your booking confirmation email. If you have any queries at any stage please contact the RV supplier who will be able to answer any questions that you may have.

Purchasing coverage for Motorhomes through MBA Choice
This can be purchased online by visiting www.mbachoice.com . Once you have raised an insurance cover with MBA Choice please email the details of this to explore@motorhomerepublic.com Brown & Brown. It may be easiest for you to simply forward the documentation you will receive via email from MBA Choice to explore@motorhomerepublic.com.  Please quote your vehicle booking confirmation number when emailing us details of your MBA Choice Policy.

Please make sure you bring a copy of your MBA Choice Policy documentation when picking up your vehicle.  MBA Choice  Coverage costs between $17 - $28 per day depending on the vehicle you are hiring.
1. Go to the Purchase RV Rental Insurance page on the website www.mbachoice.com .
2. Here you will be asked for a Policy Number. The Policy Number for Brown & Brown is 9293, Enter this and click the Next Step / Verify Supplier button.
3. On the next page you will be asked to stipulate whether the vehicle you are renting is a Series 1, Series 2 or Series 3 vehicle.
* Please see list below of Brown & Brown vehicles and which series they fall into.Customers must visit the MBA Choice website and fill in their information on MBA so that they can read and understand the terms and conditions of the insurance and decide whether or not they want the additional SLI (Supplemental Liability Insurance).
4. Click the correct Series button and on the following pages you will be asked for your trip, personal and payment details.
5. You will receive documentation via email once your purchase has been completed. Please email a copy to explore@motorhomerepublic.com and bring a copy of this with you when picking up your vehicle.

Additional liability coverage is also available from MBA Choice. This is optional.

Charges
The $1000.00 deductible will be returned no earlier than 48 hours after unit is returned. Renter will be liable for lost revenue in event of damage causing vehicle to be out of service.

Pending our approval, towing is allowed. However, a surcharge of $100.00 will be assessed.

Cleaning
A routine clean fee is included in your leisure living package. If vehicle is returned in excessive dirt-beyond normal standards, an additional $200.00 will be charged.  Our easy living package is $125.00 per rental, This includes routine cleaning, propane fill, emptying holding tanks upon return, a start-up supply of toilet paper, chemicals and 3 hours per night generator use.

Linen
Customers will need to provide all linen and essential items for their hire. Brown and Brown sanitize every bed and place hygienic covers on before each hire to help ensure the vehicles are as clean as possible.
 
Mileage
All rentals come with 100 free miles per night .79 per mile is charged after that.

Insurance
Insurance for Motorhomes with MBA Choice - www.mbachoice.com.  Brown and Brown does not carry it's own Renters Liability Insurance or Collision Damage coverage for renting their Motorhomes. All renters will either provide coverage through their own auto insurance policy or purchase insurance through MBA Choice. Please refer to the insurance information for more details on how to become fully insured over your motorhome rental.

Restrictions
Under no circumstances are vehicles to travel in to Mexico. All vehicles are eligible to travel within the US and Canada only. Also under no circumstances are customers allowed to smoke or have pets in any rental. $250.00 will be charged if this condition is breached.

Maintenance
All vehicles have regular and strict maintenance checks. As soon as a vehicle is returned, fully qualified mechanics then complete a thorough maintenance check to ensure all rentals is perfect every time.

Generator
Every rental will have 3 hours per day of free generator use, if customers exceed this amount they will have to pay $3.00 per additional hour of generator usage.

We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.

Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Booking information
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice. The deposit required to secure your vehicle (as shown on the secure booking page) will only be processed on your credit card when your booking is confirmed. Please note that a 1.75% credit card charge will be added when your payment is processed.

A booking is confirmed when you have been emailed a confirmation voucher and at this stage the deposit is processed on your card and becomes non-refundable and any cancellation fees stated in the supplier's terms apply. Upon receipt of your confirmation, please check your details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any incorrect details, as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date.

If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.

Information disclosure
In booking on this website you acknowledge that we disclose your information to your selected Supplier in order to provide the requested rental services.

Amendments
Please note that some suppliers treat an amendment as a new booking and apply the rate current at the time the amendment is made to recalculate the entire booking amount (not just the days changed). If the rental period is increased, an additional deposit may be required. If the rental period is shortened which results in a reduction of the rental charges, the deposit amount will remain unchanged, and the difference between the original and revised deposit is forfeited (it cannot be used towards remaining rental charges). To request a change to a confirmed booking, please use the alterations request link on your confirmation. Any alterations are subject to availability and the approval of the supplier. In addition to the alteration policy of the supplier stated in their terms, the following charges will apply:
Motorhome rental alterations (all charges stated in local currency):
To change dates or times that result in a recalculation of rental rates, or to change vehicles or locations: 75.00
To add or remove extras to/from confirmed booking: 20.00
The alteration fee will not be charged if your alteration request is not possible.

Vehicle Capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.

Refund Policy
We are committed to providing a quality service and aim for complete customer satisfaction. In the event of cancellation, any refunds or penalties are detailed in the terms and conditions of your selected vehicle that you are asked to read and accept at time of booking. In the event you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.

Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.

Refund Policy
We are committed to providing a quality service and aim for complete customer satisfaction. In the event of cancellation, any refunds or penalties are detailed in the terms and conditions of your selected vehicle that you are asked to read and accept at time of booking. In the event you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.

Brown & Brown RV Rentals Insurance

Insurance for Motorhomes with MBA Choice - www.mbachoice.com
Brown & Brown does not carry it's own Renters Liability Insurance or Collision Damage coverage for renting their Motorhomes. All renters will either provide coverage through their own auto insurance policy or purchase insurance through MBA Choice.

Your own cover
If you are providing coverage through your own auto insurance policy you will be required to present written documentation (i.e. your insurance policy) that clearly shows your being covered for driving rental RVs / Motorhomes in the United States.
Your insurance company must cover you for collision and liability or you do need to purchase insurance through MBA Choice. Please note that a lot of insurance policies may cover you for rental cars but may not extend to Motorhomes / RVs. Please check with your insurance company.

If you will be using your own Insurance cover outside of MBA Choice please email the following details to explore@motorhomerepublic.com and Brown & Brown:

- Policy number
- Name and contact details for the policy provider,
- All drivers’ license details
- All drivers’ Date Of Birth

If you do not have your own existing insurance cover you will need to purchase cover through MBA Choice www.mbachoice.com  
Important Note: Do not purchase insurance coverage with MBA Choice until you have received your final booking confirmation email confirming the availability of your chosen vehicle and itinerary. The following instructions on how to book with MBA Choice will be repeated on your booking confirmation email. If you have any queries at any stage please contact the RV supplier who will be able to answer any questions that you may have.

Purchasing coverage for Motorhomes through MBA Choice
This can be purchased online by visiting www.mbachoice.com . Once you have raised an insurance cover with MBA Choice please email the details of this to explore@motorhomerepublic.com Brown & Brown. It may be easiest for you to simply forward the documentation you will receive via email from MBA Choice to explore@motorhomerepublic.com.  Please quote your vehicle booking confirmation number when emailing us details of your MBA Choice Policy.

Please make sure you bring a copy of your MBA Choice Policy documentation when picking up your vehicle.  MBA Choice  Coverage costs between $17 - $28 per day depending on the vehicle you are hiring.
1. Go to the Purchase RV Rental Insurance page on the website www.mbachoice.com .
2. Here you will be asked for a Policy Number. The Policy Number for Brown & Brown is 9293, Enter this and click the Next Step / Verify Supplier button.
3. On the next page you will be asked to stipulate whether the vehicle you are renting is a Series 1, Series 2 or Series 3 vehicle.
* Please see list below of Brown & Brown vehicles and which series they fall into.Customers must visit the MBA Choice website and fill in their information on MBA so that they can read and understand the terms and conditions of the insurance and decide whether or not they want the additional SLI (Supplemental Liability Insurance).
4. Click the correct Series button and on the following pages you will be asked for your trip, personal and payment details.
5. You will receive documentation via email once your purchase has been completed. Please email a copy to explore@motorhomerepublic.com and bring a copy of this with you when picking up your vehicle.

Additional liability coverage is also available from MBA Choice. This is optional.
